Trading Spaces allows you to reserve any parking space another user has offered using a simple and intuitive calendar system, making it easy to find extra parking in a pinch. If no space is currently available for reservation, you can request one from other users, and if someone offers a parking space to fill your request you will be notified immediately.
Trading Spaces also allows you to offer any parking spaces you aren't currently using for as long as you want to make the space available to others. Should something come up, you are able to cancel your offer at any time through the app.
Property administration can control the ownership of all parking spaces throughout the property via an online portal designed for simplicity and usability.
