This is for those that want a simple way to track what they eat and also get recommended a workout to reach what ever goal they choose.

How to Use

When first starting LIFTR for the first time, you will need to input your name, sex, age, weight, height, body type, goal and level.
After this, there will be a home page where you can navigate to the other parts of LIFTR.
The Log Food lets you keep track of how much of what you ate. the nutrition chart lets you see how many carbs, protien, calories, etc based on your goal.
The Food list shows you what you ate. The workout shows you the suggested workout for the day based on your level and your goal.
And the Settings lets you change your weight, your height and goal amoung other things.
