Allowing notification access

Neptune should automatically prompt you to allow notification access, but here are the steps again:
If you get a “restricted setting” message, see restricted setting

On the home screen of the Android device, swipe down to display all apps.

Open the settings app.

Open Apps & Notifications.

Open the drop down.

Open Special app access.

Open Notification access.

Click Neptune Client.

Allow notification access.

Restricted Setting

If you get a “Restricted setting” message, follow these steps:

1) Open settings 2) Tap “Apps”

3) Tap “App management” 4) Scroll to “Neptune Client” 5) Tap the meatball 6) Tap “Allow restricted settings” 7) Try to re-endable to notification listener permission again.
