What is PanTree?
PanTree is an iOS app written using Swift and SwiftUI. The purpose of PanTree is to keep track of the food items present in your pantry. PanTree has a shopping list feature so you can conveniently keep track of what you need. You can also search for recipes to get rid of food set to expire and create a list for what you need on your next trip to the store

Whether it is because of forgetfulness or lack of motivation, food waste is a major issue. PanTree provides a fun and easy way to keep track of the ingredients you have in your pantry. Make shopping lists and search through a catalog of recipes to find exciting ways to use what you have.

PantryKeep track of the food in your pantry by adding the items and their respective expiration date. Give the item an attribute so that you know where to store it. Conveniently look through items by sorting your pantry by expiration date or by name |
Shopping ListCreate shopping lists by adding items you need to get on your next run to the store. Once purchased, the items can be deleted from the list by swiping it's cell to the left |

Reading the Recipe
Select a recipe to see the ingredients and quantities needed and the instructions to make the dish. You'll be shown a picture of the yummy dish you're about to prepare!

SettingsOnce you're done with you pantry, head over to the settings tab and logout until next time to keep your information secure |
