Why Use Our App

Users will use this app to connect with similar students in an easy and efficient way. They will be able to map out their busy schedules and set out future dates for a proper outlook on what responsibilities they have set, by the day, week, and month. Users can also use the app to socialize, and have simple connections with similar students by having access to their emails, phone numbers, and other information, as well as creating or joining either a group or an event that they have interest in. If a user chooses not to have their personal information shared, they can choose to go private, but still engage with users who send a request.

How to Use Our App

To use our web application users must travel to our URL and sign up using their UofSC student emails. From there the users will have access to their own student profiles which can be customized to their likings via the edit profile page. To use one of the main features of our app, the calendar, users can click on events to view the options of each event. To better connect with other students each user will be able to become friends with others using our friends page. By navigating to our event creation page users will have the ability to create detailed events for themself and others. To ease this process of event creation users can travel to the groups page to create, join, and view groups. To do so, users simply need to fill out the required information and click the buttons. If users do something incorrectly then our application will notify them of the mistake and have them fix it. Lastly, users who want to edit the small details of their accounts can utilize the features on our settings page. All the users need to do is click the desired feature and complete the prompts.
